1. We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
2. Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days.   Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural postcodes.  If you need your order quicker please email us at hello@thehoppihippo.com and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
3. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by an independent courier.
4. Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
5. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving, despite giving the correct delivery information at checkout, please contact us by writing to hello@thehoppihippo.co.uk.  You can email us 24 hours a day and we will respond as quickly as possible.
