We would like to thank you for shopping with us. If you do wish to return an item or items to us, please read the below.

  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your goods.  Please email us so we are aware an item is being returned to us.  You have 14 days to return the item(s).
  • When returning an item or items the customer must send the products back to us and we recommend to return the item or items using a track and signed for postage as we can not accept responsibility for any items which are lost in transit.
  • Once your item has been received, your order will be checked and if approved the refund will be processed.  Please note this may take a few days.
  • Refunds will be credited to match the original form of payment.  This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges.  If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order.
  • The branded packaging your product arrives in, is considered part of the goods, so this must be in perfect condition along with the contents.
  • If the product is not in perfect condition, we are unable to offer a refund.
  • All labels must be on the product.
  • We can not accept returns on personalized items or sale items (unless the item is faulty).
  • We can not accept returns on bedding, so please make sure you check the sizes prior to ordering (unless the item is faulty).
  • Original postage and return postage is non-refundable (unless the item is faulty.)


For a refund please e mail us, stating the reason why you would like to return the item and please make sure you include your full name, address, order number and a contact number in your parcel.  Please make sure the item or items are packaged securely and please obtain a proof of postage.

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to send us a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise, we will issue a refund.
