Maileg Spring Summer 2026 Pre-Order Policy

This policy applies to all Maileg Spring Summer 2026 pre-order items purchased from The Hoppi Hippo. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve Maileg items before they arrive in stock. These products form part of an upcoming Maileg collection and will be dispatched once we receive them from the supplier.

Pre-ordering is the best way to secure popular Maileg items that may sell out quickly.

Maileg Spring Summer 2026 Dispatch Dates

• Dispatch dates are estimates only and are provided by Maileg.

• Estimated delivery windows may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.

• Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive with us.

• If delays occur, we will keep you informed by email.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available.

• To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Payment for Pre-Orders

• Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your Maileg pre-order.

• Pre-order stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

• Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

• If Maileg cancels an item or we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

Stock Availability

• Pre-order quantities are limited.

• In rare cases, Maileg may supply fewer items than expected.

• If this happens, affected customers will be contacted promptly and refunded in full.
