   Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item. This ensures it’s reserved just for you!
2. Estimated Arrival Dates
   Arrival times are based on manufacturer estimates and may be subject to slight changes. We’ll keep you updated on any delays or updates.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
   Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before the item has shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
4. Shipping Information
   If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will be held until all items are in stock. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
